“I made an investment in my mental health and wellbeing when I signed up for Manizeh’s Mind-Body Skills Group. Having attended one of her seminars prior to this, I knew she was an amazing teacher, but now I know she is an amazing leader as well.
Even though I am a staunch advocate of self-care, it took Manizeh’s group to overcome a trauma that had occurred years ago. The trauma had become an insurmountable barrier which held me back on so many levels. Over the years, I had become comfortable with the trauma and the resulting sadness.
I wasn't sure how doing an online group could effectively help but I was willing to try because I wanted to be free of the sadness.
