A New Kind of Heart: “C.A.B.G.E.”

"The attributes of compassion, acceptance, belief, gratitude, and empathy are within each of us—we just don’t see it sometimes or realize they’re there. When we’re caught in a cycle of doubt, shame, guilt, anger, sadness, anxiety, frustration we forget. Our fight and flight response takes over and we become fearful—even of ourselves.” —Manizeh 

In this workshop series, we will cultivate:

  • Being kind to ourselves by the practice of self-compassion

  • Learn to embrace our experiences and be present with our emotions

  • Trust ourselves, and have faith in our journey

  • A daily gratitude practice and the many benefits it offers

  • An understanding of being present for another with an open heart

This is a 5-week online workshop on Zoom. We will meet Mondays at 6:30 - 8:00 pm CT starting November 7. Once registered and payment has been completed, a link will be sent to participants 24 hours before the event.

Gather in Gratitude

The practice of offering gratitude has many health benefits for mind, body, and spirit. Please join me as I lead you through a guided meditation, a talk, and mind-body skills exercises to practice and offer gratitude in a relaxed and supportive environment.

This is an online event on Zoom. Once registered, a link will be sent to participants with call in information.
